We offer automated tools for identity verification, KYC/AML compliance, and fraud prevention.
Services may include biometric recognition, document validation, and monitoring APIs.

4. Client Obligations
You are responsible for:

• Ensuring lawful collection of user data

• Informing users about processing

• Using the Services only for legitimate purposes

5. Service Level
We strive for 99.9% uptime. Response times may vary depending on verification complexity.

6. Fees and Billing
Fees are based on the pricing plan. Payments are due according to the agreed billing cycle.

7. Data Protection
We comply with GDPR. Data subjects have the right to access, correct, erase or object to processing.
We act as a processor or controller depending on service context.

8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information from disclosure.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months.

10. Termination
Each party may terminate with written notice. Obligations survive termination as applicable.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of POLAND. Disputes will be settled in the courts of WARSAW.

12. Updates
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
